We have partnered with Proverb Fitness to provide safe and effective workouts for members looking to do Cross Training. This will include barbell workouts and circuit training.
Self-guided workouts for $10/month (must register through December 2022):
Members will be added to a training app where Proverb Fitness will give them 5 workouts/week to complete. They will enter their weights/reps/time for all workouts into the app to track their progress and allow them to advance.
